People who know me understand my lack of cooking skills. I don’t have the patience nor care to waste the time but seeing as I’ve chose to stricken my diet, I decided it’s time to learn.
Last thanksgiving was incredible. A big group of us from the the states, Australia, Israel, England, and Chile got together and created a delicious meal. I’m was so thankful and felt beyond blessed to celebrate the tradition with my new travel family. This year I was fortunate enough to be home with my family.
So I wouldn’t miss out on delicious TG food, I found some simple recipes that I could attempt. In the end I made a Creamy Pumpkin Soup, green beans, baked sweet potatoes, fluffy mashed potatoes, and cremini mushroom gravy. For an amateur in the kitchen, I’m quite proud of myself and I hope this inspires me to keep attempting vegan dishes!
